IATA / UFTAA Level-1: Foundation Course
This is a 13 module foundation Level course offered by International Air Transport Association (IATA) which provides an understanding of the travel and tourism industry, the practicalities of the travel professional’s role in this industry, the importance of exceeding customer expectations, and the role of technology in the travel industry.
Course title: Diploma in Travel and Tourism Foundations.
Eligibility: 10th standard pass or Diploma.
Skills required: Good at Maths and English-language skills.
